First hold down
Windows key + X and then hit P to open Control panel

Now click on Power
Options
In the power options
window, click on Choose what the power button does link
Next, click on Change
settings that are currently unavailable to activate the items that are grayed
out
If you want to add
Lock from the User Tile Menu, check the box beside Lock in the window
In order to remove
