When we right-click the mouse on Computer (My Computer) in
Windows computer, it will show the Properties menu that
will go to the information and configuration system of our computer.
To avoid a friend or anyone else to get into the Properties menu, we can eliminate or disable it, and can be displayed again if we want to.

• Go to the RUN Command (hit the Windows Logo
+ R key), type gpedit.msc and click OK, then it would appear
the Local Group Policy Editor
• Go to the User Configuration -> Administrative
Templates -> Desktop
• Look in the right panel, double-click on the Remove Properties from the Computer icon context menu
• Look in the right panel, double-click on the Remove Properties from the Computer icon context menu
• Select / click on Enable,
then click OK
• Log off or Restart the computer

• If you want to make to the normal condition (showing properties menu back), change the setting to Disable or to Not configured
